Hotel Ferretti - Florence

It was just an optimal selection for getting around the area in Florence with good value for price. I really appreciated the comfy bed in my room,. Be mindful that the electrics might be a bit worn and can be noisy at times.

My room included a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. The location right in the center of the city was good. I was surprised at nearby River Cafe Firenze, they had some goodies, drinks...

The location is convenient, just a short stroll away from key attractions. The friendly staff provided valuable recommendations and arranged a microwave for us. The room had a persistent drain smell, quite bothersome. While breakfast included regional bread, the overall selection felt a bit limited.

it is great price, quiet, convenient location to sites, clean, friendly. it is not fancy. it is perfect for budget travelers who want to be close to the stations and sites. feels safe.

I found the owner was very warm and helpful!! It was felt like I stayed at home. The room was very clean.

Had a nice stay! Only downside was the room had a constant smell of drains, but overall, I would stay again.

Friendly staff. Ensuite rather cramped - but I guess you get what you pay for! No kitchen facilities, but breakfast reasonable price and good.

I liked the central location of it and the friendly staff. The bathroom was cleaned daily.

I didn't like the breakfast which looked and tasted cheap. Also on the website it stated you could pay by card but when I got there I was informed they only accepted cash.

The location is great, in walking distance of everything to see, shopping streets and the train station. The neighbourhood is filled with restaurants and ice cream bars. The staff was very welcoming, and they also let ut keep our luggage there while we had a look around before catching the train, which was very helpful

We loved the location, just a quick stroll to all the major attractions in Florence. The kids particularly enjoyed the vibrant streets and delicious gelato. Although the room was a bit warm, the ceiling fan did help us cool down on warm nights.

My wife says that the bathroom setup was a bit awkward for our family.

Location is good, in the between of Firenze SMN and Duomo. Staffs were very helpful and smiled all the times. Shower was good.

It was quite noisy at night as there is a bar outside of the window and people shout loudly. Internet was quite bad, very slow.

Large room with big windows that looked out on to the street.Very central.The hotel room was very noisey from the street..For the price of the breakfast they charged you can do better on the street.

The staff were acting spooky and constantly watching your every move as if they did not trust their guests. The worst was when I asked for a receipt for the city tax both husband and wife just lost it as they took this as an insult that we may be insinuating that they may pocket this money.I have tyravelled the world for fifty years and have never seen a host get so wild and threathening.. They just lost it. We just dreaded the chore of dropping of the key each time we went out.
